From novice to elite athlete, anyone can do TRX suspension training, because YOU select the angle of your own body. Instead of lifting weights, the TRX suspension system utilizes your body weight. To increase the intensity, move away from the TRX suspension frame. To decrease the intensity, move closer to the TRX suspension frame. You are in control.

Stretch Bootcamp for Athletes

Stretch Bootcamp for Athletes teaches you how to articulate your body in ways that elongate muscles from end to end, increasing your flexibility and improving your body awareness through a special mind/muscle connection. This deep and intense stretch session goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body, primarily in the hips, pelvis, and low back, which are difficult to open and can result in limited flexibility and injury. Intended to optimize your athletic abilities and significantly enhance your workouts, this candlelight session will help you to open your body, prevent and rehabilitate injuries and increase your range of motion.
