We track your progress throughout the program using a comprehensive fitness assessment tool. The tool is interactive and uploaded to our website where you can view your progress throughout the program. We use bioimpedance analysis to make recommendations based on the following:

  • Fat Body Weight
  • Lean Body Weight
  • Basal Metabolic Rate
  • Total Body Water
  • Recommended Caloric Intake
  • Girth Measurements
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Mass Index
